The Cloud Credential Council (CCC) is delighted to sponsor Fusion18 which will start on September 30, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis, Missouri. As an IT service management professional, it is the place to meet others and learn the latest in service management best practices and methodologies.

CCC Managing Director, Mark O’Loughlin delivers a Breakout Session on Tuesday, October 2nd at 11.30am – 12.30pm. During the session he delves into The Effect of Digital Disruption on IT(SM), highlighting current challenges faced by organizations and individuals and conclude with a very important message.
