The CCC announces the launch of its new Expert Panel program. The CCC Expert Panel is designed to increase awareness of the critical role people play in any digital transformation journey while building relevance for the specific skills required by IT professionals and organizations. Current research from the CCC highlights a worrying trend; a lack of relevant digital skills and capabilities affecting both IT professionals and organizations.
“What is worrying for the individual IT professional is the digital skills gap leads to a decrease in their personal competitive advantage as they become less able to deliver value to their organization by not changing with the times,” said Mark O’Loughlin, Managing Director of the CCC. “Upskilling, reskilling and continual personal improvement are vital tools which IT professionals need to embrace today if they are to remain relevant in a digitally enabled workplace.”

CCC Expert Panel Members utilize events, blogs, webinars, and social media to engage with the community. They act as a sounding board in an advisory capacity to the CCC providing feedback to the CCC on current and new initiatives.
