Global Digital Skills Report 2022 Roundtable: Change, Survival, Skills, What’s Next?

Every organization is on some form of a digital transformation journey. However, so many still don’t grasp the importance of its meaning on the different levels of the organization. Talent management, upskilling, reskilling, and a whole organizational and cultural shift are required to successfully digitally transform.

It’s been roughly 6 months since the publication of the Global Digital Skills Report 2022 and we are curious about the status of digital upskilling initiatives in organizations.

How are leaders responding to the challenge of the new hybrid working model while facing the great resignation?
While we don’t have the answers to these questions yet, we hope to be able to discuss and provide you with an accurate vision of the current status of digital change.
